It looks like EAT was upgraded today, the fact that a divy is around 4% and we trade at a sub 10 PE with decent growth near 52 week lows I believe that makes the stock very attractive. time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
With the market being hotter a bit lately. Decided to sell EAT it has been a nice run in this restaurant bought my position at 36.89 and sold at $42.09. Nice 15% gain counting the divy I will receive as well at some point, held less than a month. Onto the next. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
