thank you. What I am not understanding is what benefit is it to them to spend time as a public company? they can just keep all the revenues to themselves and walk away. Which is what I thought they are doing.
It is so with most pennystocks. what rights do shareholders have to the company's profits? if management says they will allocate $1 from $10 Million to the company then so be it? or says nothing at all and walks away?
