The homerun here would be if the IDMC reported that the events had occurred and the Multikine group's survival rate was so overwhelmingly better that the trial is stopped for humanitarian reasons so the control group could benefit from the Multikine therapy.
That would be the most explosive outcome. A recommendation that Multikine be approved immediately.
I am expecting that the requisite number of events have occurred and the endpoint for Multikine was exceeded by a wide margin.
Price would double, IMO. And the short squeeze would be nice too.
