I like your estimate better than mine. I am on the conservative side with mine and I anticipated around $1.50 for 4:00 pm on Thursday.

But if it's more, I am ready to handle a lot.

I have listened to the CEO's conference call and I believe we will be good.
I also like the spin-off a lot which is a great incentive
