I wouldn't read anything into it. It was one trade, someone with a lot of shares that it seems placed a market order, which is not very smart. Likely, .008 was the price MM had to go to in order to find enough shares to fill the person's sell order. When you place a market order, they will go to whatever price they have to in order to get enough shares to fill your order because they can't give you a partial fill as with limit orders.

The company has done a great job of updating its share structure at least monthly. The last one was done yesterday. No change once again.
