I have been reading about the opening of the retail store that was promised and looks as if it will open as promised. I am a designer and in dealing with high end products such as fixtures, moldings, flooring, cabinets ad other building materials I have found in my business that most of the work I do at a retail or design store is done through sample boards and catalogs. At most you can sit down with designer and get some valuable information. Pricing and some even do a computer generated mock up on what your new interior, kitchen or bath will look like. Even providing a breakdown of price.
Minimal space is needed. We may have all been hoping for a Home Depot type of store but that was never promised. Millions of dollars in contracts are filled every year from small retail, stores like this one. This is good news. If it adds to the bottom line we can not complain.
