Evidence also suggests that a very large number of shares must be currently frozen since the owners, Vaccaro and Taieb who hold most of the company debt, have been arrested by the FBI for using their shares for criminal activity, meaning that it is probable that these shares will go back to the company and shareholders at some point.
The way I understand the POTN financials is they are making great revenue and they are making a profit. Their books look bad because of the previous company's debt and this is being worked on in the courts.
