I mean its a good gauge to shareholders as to where they are financially and the direction they are taking when it comes to filings and reporting (what many of us have been asking about).

Is it the preferred avenue of approach? not really. But now they could really do anything I guess. good or bad. that one article on globalnewswire shows some positive intent for the decision to file a form 15 but looks like it will be a waiting game to see if this truly is meant to help them. In text it should if they truly are looking to grow. Hopefully results will come down the pipe line.

Well Dan, it's been....well not really fun lol, I am stepping away from HPIL until I see some signs of new life. It is on my watch list but I luckily jumped out in the first seconds of the day with only a $50 loss. Good luck to you my friend and good luck to all HPIL shareholders. Peace out....for now.
