No problem.

But there's a technicality....the kind of thing that the law requires and that some don't care about and refer to as poppycock. Probably ZERO effect on the share price or TVOG's actual activities.

NP would have been appointed to be CEO by the Board (which is Helm alone as I understand it).
But NV doesn't care who the CEO is...if you look at the TVOG file*** you'll see that Helm's titles are President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director (those are the titles recognized by NV). Not CEO.

So we don't know how many, if any, of those positions NP took or if he was appointed as a Director (the Company didn't say), but if he's "just" CEO he may not be added to the Annual List of Officers and Directors with Nevada at all.
