Quid I’m thinking if they were doing a raise like all the other times they would surly not go this long. If HC is right they have literally no cash coming into a very critical time. Mc is a planner, no way he is sitting back chewing his nails watching the share price waiting to pull the trigger hoping money will come in. But then again knows what’s .taking place with this secretive bunch.
