What happened to the 1000 barrels a day they've been forecasting for years now?

This looks like a carbon copy of US Oil Sands which was also operating in the Uinta Basin in the past several years. They went bankrupt a few years ago. I believe the assets were then acquired by a new company whose sole shareholder was a major shareholder in the original company.
