You think Goldman Sachs has a "penny stock research" group? Morgan? Of course not.
Please name one single "reputable" brokerage that provides penny stock research. (I'll save you the trouble: NONE do.
(PLEASE don't give the names of shyster outfits like "Goldman Small Cap Research." The fact these scum outfits steal legitimate names tells you all you should need to know.)
Another obvious problem: which "reputable research group" lies? Wouldn't that make them, by definition, DISreputable?
That isn't how it works. Ascertaining medicinal effects requires double blind testing and especially so for the subtle effects of CBD that are being claimed. Rigorous testing eliminates subjectivity and the possibility of placebo effect. Reputable and disinterested pharmaceutical testing bodies don't go in for lying and any falsification would soon be exposed by other testing bodies.
