This is fraud at its best some governing body needs to be put in place and needs to look in to it and clean up the OTC game. Its one thing to invest in a company thats trying its best to thrive and just fails then its another to just sit in a basement create a scam, thrive and walk away into the sunset with no worries of prosecution while counting stolen money. That just set the tone for more fraud activity
