UMMMMMMMMM.........not according to what I have in my emails from the T/A! Also check around the beginning of May posts and you will see it is TD Ameriturd and not GCAN or their T/A that is holding it up. Scottrade buy out is involved at TD Ameriturd but hay, believe whatever. The DD is already posted including the letter from the attornies to free up the shares for full trading along with the S 1 filings. JMHO
