If I were allowed to set the rules for TPL I would not allow
the sale of any royalty rights and I would not allow any new
stock to be issued except for stock splits. Sadly, I doubt
this will be the case with the new management team. What
will be built will likely be used to enrich management as
its first priority. If I had to pick a model for how TPL
should be run it would be FNV. (Or the TPL of a few years ago.)
