I read it that way at first too. It is possible that the statement meant ... the company can actually run like a real company with news releases and do partnerships without the CE Mark. Ie ... ARTH doesn’t stop breathing while waiting for a CE Mark.

But it may just be doing that very thing ... holding its proverbial breath until such time the CE Mark is granted.

I’ve written the company about 40 times, talked their PR contact once and received a couple replies from Rick Davis. That’s it. I’m not looking for answers on social media... I guess my questions are rhetorical.
So.. if I call company again like you do... they’ll give me info they don’t release to the general public or will they give some golden nugget answer like “they are moving forward trying to achieve the best possible return for shareholders” like Rick gave last time he emailed me.
