Thanks for summarizing my thoughts DKEZ. This is actually what I was trying to get to in a round about way, while asking questions to try an understand the rules to the game.

I was wondering if it was the intent of FLES to drive the PPS down to attract investors to buy in at low levels. But wouldn't this be illegal?

Which is why I was wondering if there was another way in for investors to work with a company on a set price, depending on the size of their investment.

I don't understand many details about playing this game yet. Looking forward to anyone's response to the question.

That is completely a possibility at this point. I stated in my previous post that because they have a stop sign, they basically have "carte blanche" for a lot of things that usually have declaration and deadlines. They are a pink no information stock. That means that they are already in non-compliance so even if something already requires filings and they didn't do it, they gain nothing by doing it until they do them ALL.

What you mention is a very distinct possibility at this point.
