After wanted felon Luther was nabbed and thrown in the Graybar Hotel Eddie announced JARROD TURNER to replace Luther as CEO a/o April 6, 2015. However, no information was ever divulged regarding who “Mr. Turner” was–no photo, resume, address etc. He did not sign the official “company disclosure” dated 4/15/15 which was done so by CFO Tassan.

"CEO" Turner was replaced in May 2015 by Jorge Luis Saenz who resigned 4 months later in September 2015. That's THREE CEO's in 6 months.

In August 2016 Eddie reinstated ex-con Luther and his flea market pal Willy Miller. Eddie removed him as President on 7/31/2019.

As usual, Fast Eddie installs a series of front men but never ever gives up control. Their job is to help him pump the stock and take the blame when the scam fails as they ALL do.

KUDOS TO JORGE. HE WAS FAR FROM PERFECT BUT HAD SOMETHING OF AN INSIDE SEAT TO THE INNER WORKING OF SCAM MASTER EDDIE AND SPILLED THE BEANS ON HIM. THESE TICKERS FAIL AGAIN AND AGAIN BECAUSE OF >>EDDIE<< ..NOT ANYONE ELSE!!!
