Good to know there are Chinese lawyers who are cognizant of the issues involved with these U.S.-listed Chinese companies.

And you are right that getting these things done in that multi-national environment is very difficult. Exponentially more difficult than when a company is based in, and needs to follow only the rules of, one country.
