A rather key statement that tells me they don't know what they're talking about. Remote operated vehicles. or otherwise, need to be deployed and retrieved from a support vessel. These procedures are not done in bad weather. I don't see the likes of a vessel like the Iron Maiden doing this. Have they installed a hydraulic handling crane?
