Higher lows since week of July 8.

Looking at the charts, it looks like it hit it's lows the week of July 8 and has been having higher lows since. Maybe it was just the summer doldrums.

Of course this is only a month since the low, so it may just be a short term trend, but I'll take any trend higher.
