Shaark, you have some truth to what you're saying, this is why I'm going to file a Congressional Complaint against the SEC for allowing this to happen, time and time again to the average Shareholder.
It spiked on the news of $40M+ in revenue would be added to the books. It dropped on the realization that it was going to take much longer to be realized. Once Biz closes, Id hate to be chasing. If you've accumulated hundreds of thousands of shares here, insiders won't be the only ones getting rich.
