Celebrity endorsements are huge. I myself don’t understand why I could care less if a celebrity advertises something. But I saw a penny stock go up 1600% over three days because Dennis Rodman was backing the product. This was about three or four years ago and Dennis Rodman was pretty insignificant by then. Celebrities speak and sheep follow.
