May I ask you a serious question?

You keep mentioning the growing of hemp, cannabis, marijuana...as if BNGI are exclusively marijuana cultivators and/or distributors of end product.

BNGI isn't in that business...yet.

BNGI is a real estate holdings company that purchases businesses/properties/land then leases that land back to the prior owners so they can run their own businesses more affordably.

There are many investors in Africa that wish to invest and US based real estate and wish to patronize their own Stock Exchange to do so, so this make sense to list on the NSE to give these investors what they seek. And as evidenced on the Facebook shareholder page, common citizens also embracing BNGI's entrance into their Capital markets.
