Hey. I’m not trying to be all doom and gloom here my friend. I’m simply pointing out facts. Please point out to me which part of what I said is wrong. I will gladly back it up with more fact. The chance of them doing a vermillion or whatever that company is called is 1 in a million. These guys have sold Ceplene through a licensing deal which is accepted in the 2nd circuit court. They have agreed to a stalking horse bid that is far from the right price and because they have depreciated the Bert drug to nothing, all this is possible. Have they broken their fiduciary duties. In my mind they have. But I believe that Teper just wants out of this deal and Vector was the cleanest escape route. The stalking bid alone should’ve been the last tell sign. 6 million. C’mon. All they need is 10 more million on top of that and this is done. Investment banks get the product and they run off Scott free. It’s a very sad and disgusting turn out but my logic is sound and it’s much for greater of it happening than Teper and his gang running this drug up to the highest bidder. Won’t happen. Maza played his last con. Teper And Kazado should be on the hook too. I’m coming after them when this is over. I’m going to drag those guys out and make sure Kazado doesn’t sing another tune in his life, except for in jail, and Teper will wish he had never met me. I will have my day in court. Not so much fun. Hope I can recover some of what I lost.
