Hi Big Willy: That is very interesting. Do I believe it? Hard to say... He looked pretty happy at the coatings show in Germany in March, photographed with 'the gang' including Kristul.
He spent 9 years working closely w/Kristul and had no clue??? Very hard to swallow.
And the glowing August 2018 update...? How would someone 'on the inside' as closely associated with the company as Darin not know that what he was writing or sharing publicly in other statements, was nonsense? I am making the assumption that it was Darin who put that (Aug 18 SH letter) out since Kristul had long since left his duties as CEO, as far as any SH could say.
Darin actually has a high profile now, since the company and its products are quite well known-especially in the industry. And, his face is as prominent, if not more so, in the association of non-iso/HCTI, as Kristul. And he and Jay-Rayon are both small business owners in the massive LA market. People know right where to find them.
He is uncomfortable...at least that's the sense I would gather from the way this has turned out and the tone of that email.
