Could the decrease in OS be attributed to any commons becoming either restricted or preferred? As for the new million shares, I have no theory.

We are definitely due an explanation for these changes.

It has been suggested that we should be wary of a Reverse Split coming. I don't see that. With numbers this low it seems rather unlikely to me.
