The way I am reading it is,if BANGI is accepted For a ticker on the NSE,all Hemp and Cannabis leases for land will be executed in the US,and Investors of Kenya will be allowed to buy shares of stock,as it is a Real Estate Ticker,Regardless of what the word Bangi means. It is possible they could do some leases in South Africa,if BANGI owns property there,and there are Real Estate people there to sell them a lease.IMO,.they may sell some leases in Kenya,but the law will have to be changed as it was done in South Africa Maybe BANGI knows something we don't about that law.
