Waldrops silence must be because he probably had a buyout from warren Buffett himself or who knows so the only thing left is to speculate our lives away
I don't think the audit is because of a buyout 5speed. People do have auditors come in for sure, but this audit is to get the financial report out that they already have the responsibility to do regardless.
I don't believe the audit is caused by anything other than incompetent according methods and the CFO (who was let go). We have gone through more CFOs than shareholders... lol
I understand buyouts can delay things but this is not the first rodeo (year of buyouts) so I am having a hard time with this excuse myself.
Personally I believe they were not willing to spend the money to hire a competent full time resource.
