RegA came out after board posted that baygrow was approved by state. Kinda opposite of your assumption. It's why, and my opinion, Troy has an investor lined up, which makes him just a middle man, not the man. We'll find out in a couple of months assuming offering gets approved.

Lol. Dec2016-dec2017 o/s increased from 1.094b to 1.244b. Thats 150 mil Issued as RESTRICTED as per filing, and then dec2017-dec2018 o/s increased by another 150 mil RESTRICTED from 1.244b-1.394b as per filing. That's the dumbest pump and dump and 300mil restricted shares restriction I've ever seen while he also lowered the a/s from 4b to 3b. And deferred his own pay along with the other 3 executives. So not getting paid, restricting shares and lowering a/s. Prove me wrong. I use filings. Show me my mistake. Cause if I'm right, .....someone is wrong and using opinions or made wrong time investments and wasn't willing to realize it
