HW.. It is about time you listened to the reasons KK gave for not filing? I know it is hard to trust anyone, but his reasons are far more plausible than anything the posters came up with so far! Give the guy a break from the subtle, but still personal jabs thrown at him all the time! The least he can expect from his Investors is to try & see the rationale he tried to convey to us! Most of us can see the courage in his actions, and take it as a sign that he is honestly trying to keep the Company afloat!! IMO...
