LMAO. Stock dilution is not a theory. If FMNJ had a chance on earnings expectations to get to .50 cents prior to dilution, At best it might go to .20-.25. You just saw the value of your investment drop in half?

Is that a sign that management cares for its stockholders? Oh, I forgot they are going to take care of the orphans but screw the stockholders. If they do not take care of the stockholders first, there will be nobody around to help the orphans.

he's triing to shake up the stupid management to come out with a worth while PR and not all the lie's ...and if he can get some more shares cheaper so be it ...thats my tatic now, the other way not working...If the PPS goes down the company will have to come out with a good PR to get PPS up so they can sell too...Im sure they dont want to sell at these prices just like I don't
