Been so long but long and short of it is. MGLG name was hijacked by some slicksters. Went to court in both canada and I think a us court in Ny. True MGLG owners ansolved of any wrong doing. Hijackers paid big fine. This supposed to ne an empty shell now but it still trades in the greys. State of delaware never dissolved shell. I dont know if real owners did necessary paperwork to reclaim. So we all still wait!!
