since you are not a paid employee, you're not bound by any laws
or restrictions. i understand you may have your own reasons for
not commenting on what else i've tendered. i'm appreciative of
your willingness to offer anything, information or opinion.
one question. are you an investor in ctdt--do you own stock?
this is not proprietary, and it will not influence my own decisions
with regard to ctdt, but i am curious.
