Respectfully, I do not believe that you will find one single institution that will buy a stock that is on the OTC-QX Exchange. Additionally, I do not believe that you will find any major brokerage house that will allow their brokers to even recommend a stock that is listed on the OTC-QX Exchange. Hopefully, PRED will get NASDAQ approval to uplist in the very near future, making this a moot subject. Good luck to you and all other longs.
