No, the Greenshift CEO is a bigger joke because he expects the GERS price to move higher than six pennies even though he still hasn't sent the SEC the 10-K for 2016.

FYI, I've heard and dismissed the rumors that he will send any of the missing forms to the SEC before the end of this year. That means we shareholders can expect to see more five- and six-penny prices for months to come.
