Last year based on the 8K filing and the fact 10 million in funding I went and met Honest John in person and at that time he knew the funding was not coming and he stood there and lied to my face saying he is doing this for the good of the addiction problem and how he was a recovering addict himself I have lost 60K at these prices so far while he has paid himself I was told at least 175K. I did not think he could sell shares based on the rules, I have no idea how he is doing this and how legal it is.
