I said it before and I will say it again. This is not about LAHO or Lans Holdings or anything questionable about the entity in the past.

This move is about LAHO becoming GSCG or Global Stem Cell Group. This to be done in this RM coming to a finish. Oh and there is plenty of DD that shows it is real and NOT a scam.

GSCG is using LAHO (yes, for all intents and purposes, a failing publicly traded company) as the shell or vehicle to take their explosive Stem Cell products to market and the world.

You can bet that all the delinquent items will be satisfied before they go live.

I think you already know all this, but just wanted to remind everyone that may confused when you say this is all about LAHO.

Its all about GSCG!!!!

I've to agree, only SCAM would put out a PR on LOI, giving them plenty of time to dump shares.

I doubt they can become current, let alone a successful Reverse Merger.
