Actually, they said Biocann was done. It just looks like it wasn't.

Well Biocann was announced in February and yet here it is August and not one factual and or relevant document can be provided to show the actual business and its relationship..lol But when the registration was just created less than a year ago to be used a share selling scheme things like this tend to happen.
