Does your foam mattress topper have antimicrobial properties? Pretty easy to make foam. Just mix part a and part b with some water and it explodes into giant foams. Then cut. This process is pretty standard in 3rd world mattress production. They don't have expensive spring mattress factories I guess. So a slab of this foam is cheaper and the go to mattress.

Mepilex® Ag is a foam dressing for medium exuding chronic or acute wounds like venous leg ulcers or burns, where an antimicrobial action is indicated.

No indication of how this foam achieves antimicrobial action but my guess is the Ag indicates Silver doping.

It's a very rare opportunity to think what no man has thought or go where no man has gone before so first guy to SINI dope foam here wins, Even if there proves to be no application for such a foam.

My work involved the synthesis of a new generation of active surfaces that respond to their environment and protective coatings which limit biological responses. I think that designing and controlling the modification of interfaces is a critical aspect for the development of new materials and as well for the improvement of coatings in various fields of applications.
