a loosely translated pr from china with regards

to another lazar Reverse Merger where it

sounded like there is a large parent company

Wanting to do an ipo & trade on NYSE....

and the fact that out of no where.... higr

awakens... (& higr is only feasible shell that

won't need any crazy r/s)
