Just saying...you did buy into a company at that point with a market cap of $90M on less than $3M in revenues...

Once again, I BELIEVE it is worth that - but I would not have bought in at that point. Just me.

Understand your frustration. Many bought in sub penny for the same reasons you bought in at .03. Company fundamentals, plan execution, tremendous reward potential and a company that makes a plan and sticks to the plan.

They have come through on everything they have promised, no fluff PR with an obtainable vision that not many OTC companies are capable of.

Everyone says patience is key. I truly believe VRUS will make a lot of people a ton of money. I am confident that your 15K investment can be 30k with only the things we know right now.

After the next Q and any other M&A, your 15k investment could be substantially more.

Of course this is my opinion. This is still the OTC risk vs. reward.

You Mentioned that it was

Time for them to look out for their share holders

...Quite Frankly thats all they have been doing....in Fact that was mentioned in the last 2 minutes of the recent Anshu ( CEO of VRUS ) interview. They are very concerned about ShareHolders....Thats been hammered home on numerous occasions and they have shown that ACTIONS speak louder than words....ANSHU, however does not control the current PPS....The market controls that and the volatility and illegal manipulation here will be ending soon. I get very defensive when Investors try to say the Company is not performing and or living up to their fiduciary responsibilities. This may not be the play for you.

Rhyno - i want to build off of DVoks post.

He's right, the market cap was a little inflated when you bought in - don't get me wrong what everyone is saying is 1000% true and i have no doubt that VRUS is going to rebound then grow exponentially. But, what i think has happened - besides some manipulation - is that it has settled back at a more reasonable market cap.

When you bought in we were trading at about a 16x multiplier based on revenue. It looks like the market is valuing us at between a 7x-8x multiplier. This is reasonable tbh - once again, not to plug him yet again, but IR Mark told us in one of his emails that these CPG food stocks are valued between 3x-12x. So, we were inflated when you bought.

It does not mean we won't get back there or that our multiplier based on M/A etc can't be 16x...its just not where investors have us valued.

Lesson here, unless there is M/As that come thru is that when they release next Qs earnings, look for that valuation of a 7x-8x b/c that's when you should think about buying again (other than right now b/c this is where it should be trading).

When they release the next earnings and lets just say they post revenue - nothing else game changing happens- when we are trading at a multiple of 16, 18, 24x...you know (if you wanted to flip or take a little out) that might be a good selling point...then wait for it to settle back down to its past valuation 7x-8x or maybe a little higher.

Again, this is just if nothing game changing comes thru - a huge contract, M/A, Garnock invests more, another large investor, partnership, etc.

If I had more dry powder i would be buying right now - i am locked in at a much lower price, but i have bought a few on the run up in the last months. My next paycheck if we are still in this range, you can best believe i'm buying b/c you know we are going back to .04 for sure...so its an easy double from here.

Rhyno -- Last thing - I want to reassure you that i think we are okay. Garnock has millions and millions at a very cheap price like in the sub pennies. However, keep in mind his last traunche of shares was in the .02s ....like .022 or .024 so ever he is down on a portion of his investment right now.

So keep things in perspective. You dont think he invested in the .02s b/c he thought the real value was .017? .018?? ....do you?

You know, I can empathize. I first bought in here back in RBIZ in the lower to mid 00's.

However, I also bought a pretty big tranche when it was close to .01 about a year ago in July '19, thinking it was the time for it to take off.

Man, was I sorely mistaken! As we all now know the history of where this thing has been since they became VRUS and really their act together with all we see.

The back end of last year, I was still in the red because of this. I had my doubts. Yet, the longs here and the actions of the Company kept holding on.

Today, I have experienced the last few runs and (still) very green because of it.

I am one to believe, based on the actions of the company and the insight of some on this board, that we have many more of those stair-step runs ahead of us and they may only get bigger. This company is only getting started, not folding up shop!!!

You may consider adding down here, but that is only my opinion.

ALl I can say to you and to anyone like you is hang on, have patience, read more DD know this thing is ready to go again soon.

You have seen where us successful ones have been and where you are going, with us, the next time it runs. VRUS!
