When it comes to investing, there is always someone smarter than you and I :)

We know the last warrants exercised around $0.36, so warrant holders could sell anywhere above that amount for profit.

We know a marketing company received 750k-1M shares for their services, and signaled their hold period is 6 months before being able to sell. These companies typically sell to cover their expenses and generate their profit. They wouldn't be long-term investors.

CDEL has knocked this stock down, with some help from NITE and PAUL. It's all part of the game to create a market. I believed they've shorted and covered all the way down. Must be nice to have a 10% BID/ASK spread and make that on every transaction without exposure to the long or short side.

Over the past few days CDEL has had 135K on the bid at 0.35 where it has bounced. You would only be able to buy at $0.35 if the ASK was at that number, which means the BID would be lower.

We should see some movement (or at least confirmation of progress) whenever the FCC awards the applications submitted by IOTC. I search the FCC site almost daily to see if the count goes up, but I'm not totally sure if it would be reflected in the license search if not yet approved for commercialization. I suspect it would be listed once awarded considering the search tool is the method to find out who is operating of which frequency. 1182 is the current license count.

Someone posted the other day this could go to zero. We don't have toxic financing that would create a death spiral. There is also a considerable asset being built with other people's money, which is currently reflected as a liability, but should be removed probably around Nov/Dec.
