Good point, If they raised a significant amount and invested in high yield it would make sense until ground breaking. If that is the case, then a excellent sign the financing has already been obtained privately for a piece of the project. It seems anyway no banks involved at this point with them not disclosing anything. At some point we will find out. hope this year.
