Accusation?? No, no.....its not an accusation, it's a fact. I have posted the lies many times here. I just referred to the exact & specific lie they told upon acquiring the patents. It's part of the record & the promises (lies) they made were not a one off, they related the same lie over and over for about 1 & a half to 2 years. It was a lie. Certainly not the only lie they told, but definitely the biggest. It was designed to sell shares, which is the only thing this company ever sold since taking up this model. There was no heads up, no notification, no explanation, no shareholder vote, no warning. Just near 2 years of the promises, with great fanfare, mind you, and then BOOM! forget we ever said it! Then the transformation into a patent troll, period.
