I think it is more like 120mil total OS. But even if it is 15mil total add volume has been so low that would take a year to unload. Bigger concern is to maintain $4pps. They expose their pps to massive drops when globe gets funky by having too many shares avail. Until they rock up $10+ and or uplist adding even small amounts of shares will affect pps sometime massively.
