He’s actually completely wrong. The claim about kiosks is nonsense and the one about noteholders converting and selling shares is pure fantasy. The thing is, never invest in an early stage growth company unless you are willing to wait for it to grow. They need capital to grow (dilution) and they need time. If you aren’t willing to wait, then sell. Pretty simple. But you may want to adapt your future strategy accordingly.
