All guesses and assumption of some fairytale where CVSI will be the only approved CBD product for a period of time. Not going to happen.

Bottom line, I think ALL the CBD companies will need to regroup after FDA issues guidance. I don't think any will be immune to changes.

Going it alone - I, personally, do not see anything wrong with this approach. CVSI had done well so far, they have not had to raise funds for growth, sales are placing cash in the bank. Time will tell if this "old" approach will work.

For now, I'm watching all the companies in this sector; not adding any.
Disclosure - yes CVSI is my largest holding at this time.
