Today 6.2M shares dumped at 0.0001 so far! Do you know why the Endless dumping at 0.0001 after ACTL just hit 0.0003 a few months ago?

Where are those most recent 0.0002 buyers now? They slapped Hundreds Of Millions shares at 0.0002 ~ 0.0003! Why they let it crash to 0.0 x 0.0001 very soon? They should slapped out all the current asking shares at 0.0002...

Anyway totally near 110M shares dumped at 0.0001 since May of 2019!
