You seem to seek the start light often, when did Mark say they had a new auditor?

He better not have confirmed anything like that as that would be against NASDAQ rules, everything must be publicized through a 8k 10k 10q

That's concerning. Aren't you the one who posted information that company stoped contact with the auditor and they were likely going to quit?... a few weeks before they quit? Funny they tried to discredit that information. Wonder why?

I don't feel that's true information just my opinion. I'm not too smart but I don't believe that's how it works. And I keep those shares Just so I feel fair about my post. I'd be no different than a lot of the paid pumpers on here.

I don't want this to turn into another fake email conversation with you but I'd be curious to see this confession. I too asked several questions about financials and the auditor and each one was met with this response. Again - believe or don't - doesn't matter to me.

Per our new NASDAQ preparation requirements, all financial and legal information must be communicated in press release and in 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q filings.

The one exception was this question.

The 8-k regarding the auditor was obviously a major blow to investor confidence. Can you tell me if it is still the company’s intention to get current?

Becoming current is a top priority.
